Some of us have probably done great deeds but the deeds have not been brought up to recognition. In the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey, residents, businesses, volunteers, and responders are doing everything they can to help one another. Indeed some people were gifted with kind hearts like the folks at Sake Sushi Bar and Lounge in Port Arthur who made 1000 meals for this hurricane victims. This is such an incredible act that a human being would ever do and they deserve some appreciation.
Keith Nguyen, the son of the owner of this restaurant Phe Nguyen, took to Facebook to applaud the efforts of his father and his uncle, Binh Nguyen for working nonstop just for these victims to have something in their tummies. The father and uncle of Keith Nguyen made some delicious and mouth watering food for these people and fortunately, Keith got his wish and his post was shared on Facebook more than 244 000 times on his Facebook page alone.
Indeed hard work does not go unrewarded. Everything that this restaurant did was recognized to the extent of being shared by the national media outlets. Many people on social media have been applauding the efforts of the Sake Sushi Bar and Lounge. One individual felt touched with such an act and he took the liberty by saying that it takes people like this to prove to America that we have good, kind hearted people everywhere.
Everyone should look up the Sake Sushi Bar and Lounge when in Port Arthur, TX! The best part about this motivating and good act is that these two people were also affected by the Harvey and they do understand the pain that the rest are going through even though the media doesn’t cover it. Today them, their volunteers and staff have created over 1000 meals for victims. They deserve at least some appreciation and recognition just as Keith had earlier mentioned.
The brothers are believed to have gotten their hard work ethic and sense of community from their father. Phe Nguyen said that they wanted their restaurant to be a fun community experience that appeals to families and friends on any day of the week. If this world had people like Phe Nguyen, we would all be in a greater place. There is a possibility that this awesome restaurant is going places.
Generally, social media should highly give shout outs to such people out there. If it wasn’t for what these people do then social media wouldn’t even exist. Have a look at the Sake Sushi Bar and Lounge whereby they have been recognized and now they are at a better place. We are one in this world and so we should give each other support just like one commenter said.SuperRank
